At Grace, volunteering is the first real step toward calling this church home.
We believe the clearest sign someone is ready to join our church family is when they begin serving on Sunday mornings. God saved us by His grace, and He saved us for good works. As Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” There is no better place to live out those God-prepared works than right here in your local church. Whether you greet at the door, rock a baby in the nursery, run a camera, or pour coffee, every act of service says, “I belong here, and I am all in for what God is doing at Grace.”
Volunteer With Us Through the Following Ministries
Ushering
Greet guests as they enter the Sanctuary and help them find a seat. Aid any one with special needs. Hand out Bible if needed.
Children's Ministry
Teach young people to influence others for Christ.
Praise Team
Lead us in worship using instruments, voices, lights, sounds, and video streaming and telecasting. .
Prayer Team.
Develop a team to pray for our church and people. Develop altar workers for the invitation..
Transportation
Help with conveying people from where they are to Grace Church. Keep lists of passengers. Keep vehicles clean.
Hospitality
Connect with people with food and drink from our coffee room.
Environment
Create an atmosphere of cleanliness and excellence inside and outside.
Follow-Up
Connect with guests after the Sunday worship through cards, texts, and phone calls.
